Prices for admission include person, spouse and children of the family over the age of 13 years only. Any other relations of the person eg. mother, sister, advisor, etc. will need to pay their own admission fee. For Those Who are Not Members of MPE:

You have two options to gain entrance to the conference:

1) Regular registration – recommended if you live outside the KC metro area. $50.00 per person (spouse free) at the door.

Please complete and print out the Conference Registration Form and present it with $50.00 (cash or check only) at the “Registration/Membership” desk.  You (and your spouse and children 13 years and over) will then be given a conference wristband which must be worn both days for admission into the workshops and exhibitor hall. There is a charge of $5.00 for lost wristbands.

Due to lack of space in the workshops, please register children 5 – 12 years in the Children’s Program (deadline April 16). This costs $30.00 per child for the first two children in the family, additional siblings are free. The one day cost is $20.00 per child for the first two children in the family, with additional siblings free.

There is no childcare available for children 4 years and under. Nursing babies are welcome, but please bring a sling or backpack as wheeled carriers are not allowed in the workshops due to lack of space.

Exhibitor (Vendor) Passes for Access to Exhibitor Hall Only

Available at the door only (no preregistrations required) for $20.00 per family. Please go to the Registration Area (under “Exhibitor Hall Passes”) and you (and your family) will be given a blue conference band. These blue wristbands allow access to the exhibitor hall only during posted hours on both Friday and Saturday. Children of all ages are admitted in the exhibitor hall only.

For Current or Past MPE Members:

1) For Members of MPE whose Memberships are Current at the time of the Conference (expiry 5/1/2012 or later – check newsletter label or email reminder):

Admission is free. You do not need to complete a registration form. Please come to the Registration area (Membership section) where your name will be checked off the membership list. You will then be given a conference wristband which must be worn both days for admission into the workshops and exhibitor hall. There is a $5 charge for lost wristbands.

2) For Members of MPE whose Memberships have Lapsed at the time of the Conference (expiry 4/1/2012 or earlier – check newsletter label or email reminder):

You are not registered for the conference.
