The MPE Conference is dependent on volunteers! If you are age 13 or older (or even a homeschool graduate), we invite you to apply for our Youth Volunteer Program. These positions provide great experience behind-the-scenes in running an event and for your resume; serve in registration, vendor hall, as workshop introducers, and more. Volunteers needed to fill time slots Friday and Saturday. Volunteer Application

The conference runs April 3 – 4 at the KCI Expo Center, and volunteers are required to be present at the KCI Expo Center on Thursday, April 2 at 1:00 p.m. for training. After you complete the application, our Volunteer Coordinators will contact you with more information. You may also contact the program coordinators by emailing

First, check your schedule to make sure you can attend the mandatory training on Thursday, April 2 at the KCI Expo Center (approx. 1-6 pm).

Dinner will be served after the meeting, and volunteers are invited to stay through the evening to help with Exhibitor Hall set-up and do a test run on the inflatables for the MPE Kids program; however, volunteers are only required to attend the meeting from approximately 1-6 pm.
