Please note: The deadline for payment & inserts received is Monday, March 25, 2019.
MPE Conference bags containing vendor flyers, brochures, and catalogs will be given to attendees as they arrive at the Midwest Parent Educator’s Conference in Kansas City, Missouri on April 5th & 6th, 2019. These 1200 bags (1 per family) represent an excellent opportunity to get your advertising right into the hands of motivated homeschoolers. (Any bags not given out during the conference will be distributed to Kansas City area homeschool support groups.)
To have your flyers, brochures or catalogs included in this year’s conference bags, please follow these instructions:
- As soon as possible, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following
- Your name
- Business name and mailing address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Type of insert (flyer, brochure, catalog, etc.)
- Insert size and number of pages
- An electronic copy of the insert for review; if not available mail a sample insert to the
- Upon review and approval of your insert, you will be notified by email of acceptance. You will receive an invoice along with this email; payment should then be mailed to the address below. Payment receipt deadline is March 25th, 2019. Payment & inserts must be received by the deadline to ensure the inclusion of your materials. We reserve the right to refuse any material submitted if judged inappropriate.
- 1200 inserts will need to be shipped to arrive at the address below by March 25th, 2019. Inserts must be sized or pre-folded to 8 1/2 x 11 inch or smaller. Verification of receipt of shipment is the responsibility of the vendor. There will be no refunds issued for inserts that arrive after March 25th. Inserts that are received after this may be placed on a free literature table, if available.

Small promotional item (pen, magnet, etc.)
$140 + $0.01 per page per bag:
Larger brochure (bigger than a 1-page flyer)
Magazine Example for pricing: For a 32-page magazine:
Base price of $140 + (32 pages x 1200 pieces x $0.01) = $524 for 1200 magazines.
That comes out to less than $0.44 per piece.
