Youth Entrepreneurial Booth

YEP 1/2 booth (5' x 10' with half 8' table and one chair: $50.00

YEP 1/2 booth is available to teenagers 13-19 with prior approval only.

This is my first time being a vendor with MPE

All new vendor must first be approved by the Vendor Coordinator before participation in the conference is permitted.

Additional Wristbands

Each booth space comes with 2 wristbands. You will need to purchase additional wristbands for anyone over the age of 15: $10.00

Our established advertising method for vendors and business partners involves the inclusion of a printed advertisement in the Conference program – a meticulously crafted booklet distributed to each attending family. This program serves as the initial item presented to all attendees upon their arrival at the Conference, setting the tone for the event, and many families keep them as a handy reference for the year ahead.

All inserts must be sized or pre-folded to 8 1/2 x 11 inch or smaller and need to be printed by the Vendor and mailed to MPE by March 22, 2024.

Our Silent Auction is concurrent with our conference. We auction off products and services from various vendors, businesses, and organizations. Participation is free and all proceeds go to support MPE.

In order to reserve the vendor’s booth location, a completed MPE Vendor Contract and the total amount must be received within 7 days of applying.
ALL cancellations MUST be made in writing. Any cancellations received on or after January 1, 2024 will receive up to a 50% refund. No refund will be made if canceled on or after February 1, 2024. The vendor agrees that vendor shall be admitted and remain from day to day solely in strict compliance with the rules. MPE reserves the right to distribute vendor contact information to Liberty Expo and KCI Expo Center for purposes relevant to the MPE Conference. MPE reserves the right to reject, eject, or prohibit any vendor in whole or in part, or any vendor or representative with or without giving cause. If cause is not given, liability shall not exceed the return to the vendor of the amount of payment unearned at the time of ejection. If a vendor is ejected for violation of the rules set forth or for any other stated reason, no return of rental monies shall be made. MPE cannot guarantee vendors against loss or damage of any kind. Space is purchased with the understanding that vendor will hold the Vendor Coordinator, MPE or KCI Expo Center harmless from any or all liabilities from any cause. The Vendor Coordinator, MPE, or KCI Expo Center shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to the vendors, their employees, or property from any cause whatsoever prior to, during, or subsequent to the period covered by the Vendor Application Form and Contract . Therefore, the vendor upon signing the contract expressly releases the Vendor Coordinator, MPE and KCI Expo Center from and agrees to indemnify same against any and all claims for such loss, damage, or injury. In case the KCI Expo Center shall be partly or totally destroyed by fire, or by the elements, or by any other cause, or in case any other circumstances shall make it impractical to permit the contracted space to be occupied by the vendor, this contract shall be terminated and the vendor shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the prorated return of the amount paid for the space and booth.
