MPE is hosting a scavenger hunt at the 2024 MPE Conference with a chance of winning a $25 Vendor Hall gift certificate! An adult must visit the vendor booths listed to participate.

  1. Print out this form and bring to the conference – we may not have any copies on hand at the conference. (One entry per family, please.)
  2. Turn in your completed form to the MPE Table in the main lobby by noon Saturday, April 6, to be entered in a random drawing for a $25 gift certificate. This will be good towards any booth in the vendor hall!
  3. The winner will be announced at the conference; you must be present and collect your certificate by 3 p.m. Saturday.
