Booth Space

Your products and services must assist homeschool families in their journey to train up their children in the Lord. – Booth Sizes are Approximate –
Booth Space and Demonstration assignments are not guaranteed and will be determined by the MPE Conference Exhibitor Coordinator
YOUTH ENTREPRENEURIAL BOOTH (Booths 1201-1204)

1/2 STANDARD BOOTH, 5' x 10', with one half of an 8' table and one chair: $50.00

Booth is only available to teenagers (ages13-18) whose families are members of MPE

CO-OP BOOTH (Booths 1208-1215)

1/2 STANDARD BOOTH, 5' x 10', with one half of an 8' table and NO chair: $150.00

Booth is only available to local, parent-led co-ops. This is not for businesses or other organizations.

STANDARD BOOTH (White on Map)

10' x 10' with one 8' table and two chairs: $325.00


PREMIUM BOOTH (Green on Map)

10' x 10' with one 8' table and two chairs: $350.00


END BOOTH (Orange on Map)

10' x 10' with one 8' table and two chairs: $400.00


ENTRANCE BOOTH (Blue on Map)

Additional Wristbands

Each booth space comes with 2 wristbands. You will need to purchase additional wristbands for anyone over the age of 15: $10.00

This is my first time being a vendor at MPE

All new vendors must first be approved by the Exhibitor Coordinator before participation in the conference is permitted.

Payment

In order to reserve exhibitor’s booth location from Conference 2023 a completed MPE Exhibitor Application and Fifty(50%) percent of the total amount must be received by July 1, 2022. If you are not reserving your current location, Fifty(50%) percent of the total amount due must be received by the Exhibitor Committee by December 31, 2022. The remaining amount due must be received by February 1, 2023.
How would you like to pay?


In order to reserve exhibitor’s booth location from Conference 2023 a completed MPE Exhibitor Application and Fifty(50%) percent of the
total amount must be received by July 1, 2022. If you are not reserving your current location, Fifty(50%) percent of the total amount due must be
received by the Exhibitor Committee by December 31, 2022. The remaining amount due must be received by February 1, 2023. ALL cancellations MUST
be made in writing. If a cancellation is received by the Exhibitor Committee by December 31, 2022, a full refund will be made. Any cancellations received
on or after January 1, 2023 will receive up to a 50% refund. No refund will be made if canceled on or after February 1, 2023. The exhibitor agrees that
his exhibit shall be admitted and shall remain from day to day solely in strict compliance with the rules set forth. MPE reserves the right to distribute
exhibitor contact information to Liberty Expo and KCI Expo Center for purposes relevant to the MPE Conference. MPE reserves the right to reject, eject, or
prohibit any exhibit in whole or in part, or any exhibitor or representative with or without giving cause. If cause is not given, liability shall not exceed the
return to the exhibitor of the amount of payment unearned at the time of ejection. If an exhibit or exhibitor is ejected for violation of the rules set forth or
for any other stated reason, no return of rental monies shall be made. MPE cannot guarantee exhibitors against loss or damage of any kind. Space is
purchased with the understanding that the exhibitors will hold the Exhibitor Coordinator, MPE or KCI Expo Center harmless from any or all liabilities from any
cause. The Exhibitor Coordinator, MPE, or KCI Expo Center shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to the exhibitors,
their employees, or property from any cause whatsoever prior to, during, or subsequent to the period covered by the Exhibitor Application Form and
Contract . Therefore, the exhibitor upon signing the contract expressly releases the Exhibitor Coordinator, MPE and KCI Expo Center from and agrees to
indemnify same against any and all claims for such loss, damage, or injury. In case the KCI Expo Center shall be partly or totally destroyed by fire, or by the
elements, or by any other cause, or in case any other circumstances shall make it impractical to permit the contracted space to be occupied by the
exhibitor, this contract shall be terminated and the exhibitor shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the prorated return of the amount
