Unique Learners Survey

MPE desires to support families who are homeschooling students with unique learning needs. While all students learn somewhat differently, a unique learner is a student with diverse learning challenges.
To best focus our efforts, we are asking families to complete this brief survey by the end of the day Friday, Dec. 20. The survey is an opportunity for you to share the types of resources or events that would be most beneficial in your homeschool journey. Your responses to this survey will be anonymous unless you choose to provide your name and/or your email address.
To thank you for completing this survey, we will have a drawing for two $50 Sullivan’s gift cards and a 1-year membership to SPED Homeschool ($50 level).
