Why does it say that pricing is only for the first two children per family?

Each family will only be charged for the first two children per family. This is so that larger families in our homeschool community can still benefit from the children’s conference!

What are your security measures at the conference?

Our MPEK security team ensures that ONLY adults who are parents of children are allowed access to the children’s conference. Digital and paper check-out procedures are also used together to ensure that families are together when they leave.

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, we only accept all major credit cards (such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover).

What ages can attend the conference?

The children’s conference accepts ages 4–12 as registrants and will accept teens and adults ages 13+ to volunteer.

My child is under 4, can they still attend the conference?

Unfortunately, the conference is not well suited for most children under 4. For safety concerns, the format and activities of our program would not be recommended for younger children.

Do you provide meals or snacks?

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide meals or snacks to the children due to a wide variety of dietary restrictions. We briefly close our program for lunch break at noon and reopen for drop off at 1pm.

What should my child bring with them?

We require children to have socks for the bounce house and close-toed shoes. Additionally, if your child requires life-saving medication (like an EpiPen), please drop it off with your child’s leader to ensure it stays near your child at all times.

What is your refund policy?

We are able to provide a refund on a case-by-case basis up to a week before the conference.

Will my children be assigned to the same team?

Yes, we assign your children to stay together on the same team.
