Why You Should Join Us for our 2027 Conference
- Purposeful, Engaged Attendees: Our vendor hall is attended primarily by actively homeschooling parents who come prepared to ask thoughtful questions, compare resources, and make informed decisions. Vendors consistently note the quality of conversations and the opportunity to connect with families who are serious about their homeschool journey.
“Excellent exposure and lots of great conversations.”
“A great opportunity to get connected with homeschool families.”
- Strong Support for Vendors: From set up to tear down, vendors are supported by a well-trained team of volunteers – especially our Youth Leadership Team – who are repeatedly praised for their kindness, professionalism and willingness to help. This level of care allows vendors to focus on serving families rather than managing logistics.
“Your youth do a fantastic job with unpack, set-up, tear-down and load-out. A+ effort.”
“The friendliest, most helpful conference I’ve been to.”
- Thoughtful Organization & Planning: Vendors frequently describe the conference as exceptionally well‑organized, noting clear communication, smooth logistics, and intentional planning.
“Probably one of the best organized conventions I’ve worked.”
“It was great overall. Everyone was super helpful and kind.”
- A Conference with a Mission: The Midwest Parent Educators Homeschool Conference is built around encouraging and equipping homeschool families, and vendors appreciate being part of an event that aligns with their values.
“It is an encouragement to homeschool families and always a blessing to connect with new people.”
“Thank you for all that your families do to support the mission of homeschooling.”
- A Community Vendors want to Return To: Many vendors – both large curriculum publishers and small homeschool businesses – return year after year because they find this conference to be welcoming, worthwhile, and relational, not transactional.
“I’ll be back next year.”
“This has always been a blessing to attend.”

The forms need to be submitted 10 – 15 days after the special event. MPE does not have a sales tax ID for the convention that all vendors can utilize.
Use of the Loading Dock
Vendors using the Convention Center loading dock shall focus on unloading their material first, moving their material from the loading dock to the Vendor Hall, and arranging their displays within their booth(s).
On Saturday, vendors shall focus on packing up their displays and materials, moving their boxes and display cases to the loading dock area, and then loading their vehicles. A vendor may NOT move its vehicle(s) into the loading dock area until ALL its display materials have been removed from the Vendor Hall. This approach will allow the most efficient use of the loading dock area by all vendors.
