Juniors: Class of 2025 Graduation Meeting
Informational Meeting on Graduation
Juniors and parents, come learn what graduation is all about!
We foster an environment where homeschool juniors get an opportunity to serve the seniors. Explore ways to be a part of this event, getting ready to graduate, and so much more.
Juniors Serving Our Seniors
In the spirit of Christian charity, juniors and their parents minister to the senior class by serving in various roles at rehearsal and the ceremony. This is an opportunity to bless others while we also start forming into our own graduating class.
Please fill out the official sign-up form if you’re interested in participating. We also encourage you to keep an eye out for announcements in the MPE newsletter and our various social media outlets.
Other notes:
-
-
- One mandatory meeting for both the junior and a parent will be the second Monday in April at 7 p.m. at Garrett Chapel, College Church of the Nazarene, 2020 E Sheridan St., Olathe, KS 66062.
-
- The various areas of serving are explained at this meeting; you will then choose where you’d like to participate.
-
- There is a dress code for all assisting with Rehearsal and the Ceremony.
-
- Clean up after the ceremony is mandatory for all juniors and parents.
- Rehearsal and the ceremony are on Thursday, May 16, 2024 (Rehearsal) and Friday, May 17, 2024 (Ceremony).

By serving in this way, you are not making a final commitment to participating as a senior. The official graduation commitment for seniors is done in the fall by signing a contract and submitting payment.
The senior class thanks you for your service!
MPE Graduation Ceremony
Seeing your child accept their high school diploma is the capstone for many homeschool parents after many years of work, patience, and growth in character and education.
The ceremony is student led with a class feel, yet also personalized as parents pronounce a special blessing over their graduate.
