Whether you’re organizing a lively game of Red Light/Green Light, helping little ones to the bathroom, restocking craft supplies, or simply watching over the children with care, your service makes a real difference. By volunteering with the MPE Kids Team, you’re not just filling a role, you’re reflecting the love of Christ and blessing the families who attend MPE. Your willingness to serve gives parents the freedom to learn, connect, and be encouraged, knowing their children are safe, engaged, and cared for in a Christ-honoring environment. MPE Youth Leadership Team
Youth Leadership Team (YLT) positions provide great experience behind the scenes in running an event and for your resume or college applications. Team members have opportunities to work in registration, serve in the vendor hall, introduce workshop speakers, provide A/V support, and more. Volunteers are needed both Friday and Saturday.
As in past years, youth ages 13 and older are welcome to apply to be a YLT member whether they are available for one of the conference days or both. However, please be aware that team placement and responsibilities may be adjusted based on individual availability.
Before you apply to volunteer, please check your calendar to be sure you can attend the mandatory training and set-up on Thursday, March 5th from 1:00 to 6:00pm at the KCI Expo Center.
(This year we are particularly in need of YLT members who are interested and skilled in serving as workshop hosts, so please note on your application if this is you, and pass the word on to any friends who love hospitality and public speaking!)
